2024 NFL Playoff IDP Rankings
The regular season is over but that doesn't mean fantasy football has to be finished! We've got the IDP rankings you need for your playoff fantasy leagues.
The 2023-24 NFL regular season wrapped up on Sunday, along with our accompanying fantasy leagues. But just because champions have been crowned and payouts have been sent doesn’t mean fantasy football is over. Sure, you can scratch the itch somewhat with survivor pools, gambling, and playoff DFS. But if you want the true experience, you should try playing in a playoff fantasy football league.
And if you’re reading this blog post, you prefer your fantasy football with a side of IDP. So in addition to sharing our ideal setup for playoff fantasy leagues, we’ll also share Adam’s top 75 playoff IDP rankings and the best options for each team.
Let’s start with the league setup:
IDP scoring settings: We prefer Big 3 Scoring.
League setup: You can do anywhere from 4-7 teams. We use Google Sheets for an offline, in-person draft. Here’s a free template if you want to copy our roster setup. You can tweak the number of players at each position (i.e. QB) if you add more teams. After completing the draft, we manually add the players to each team in our Fantrax league to track the scoring. To our knowledge, Fantrax is the only platform that allows for playoff fantasy leagues with full IDP. Click here to visit the Fantrax website and select the “Playoff Commissioner” option.
IDP playoff rankings: While there are plenty of sites that do offensive rankings for playoff fantasy leagues, we recommend checking out Sigmund Bloom’s rankings over at Footballguys.com. We’re one of the only sites that provide rankings for IDP. Below, you’ll see Adam’s Top 75 players, as well as his best IDP options for each team. The teams are sorted by Adam’s confidence in their chances to make the Super Bowl. You can also view the spreadsheet here.
