Well, my friends, we made it through “Byemageddon.” With six teams on their byes last week, we really had to dig deep into the waivers to find some viable options for our starting rosters. Hopefully, you were able to come out of the week with a win. It is hard to believe that we are on the back nine of the season and there are only a few weeks remaining to get your team into and ready for the playoffs.

With that said, let’s dive into this week’s waiver wire claims.

Defensive Line

Previous Weeks: Gregory Rousseau, Alex Highsmith, Dominique Robinson, Rasheem Green, Dre’mont Jones, Justin Jones, Deatrich Wise Jr, BJ Hill, Shy Tuttle, Kayvon Thibodeaux, Zach Allen, Jihad Ward, Dexter Lawrence, Dorance Armstrong, Derek Brown, Sebastian Joseph-Day, Jarran Reed, Grover Street, Denico Autry, Darrell Taylor, Samuel Williams, Javon Hargrave, Boye Mafe, Jay Tufele

Jerry Hughes, Houston Texans

Jerry Hughes is that crafty twelve-year vet who is still out there making plays. The Houston Texans are a very young team and have looked to Hughes to provide some veteran leadership and professionalism. Over the past two weeks, Hughes has 3 sacks and 7 tackles. Hughes has some great matchups against the Giants and the Commanders in the coming weeks.

A’Shawn Robinson, Los Angeles Rams

The Rams defense as a whole is finally starting to produce as a defensive unit. A’Shawn Robinson has provided a very high tackle floor over the last few weeks but has yet to make any big splash plays—but those should be coming. Robinson has 23 tackles over the last 4 weeks and looking ahead to the Rams’ schedule, those numbers should continue for Robinson. With games against Arizona, New Orleans, Kansas City, and Seattle, look for Robinson to take advantage of those plus matchups for opposing defensive lines in your starting lineups.
