Good question! No sir they're just in order by kickoff for the games currently, Rasul plays Thursday and is 1st while Slay plays Monday night and is last on that list. There is no order or ranking to the lists for ideal or solid players. With trying to get this out before waivers run each week there isn't time for anything beyond what you see currently and besides, the fun of this game is making your own choices for better or worse, so there will never be any changes to that approach.
