2024 IDP Waiver Wire: Week 14
Mike Woellert identifies the IDP targets on this week's waiver wire.
It’s Week 14 — one more round of bye weeks as we head into the fantasy playoffs. It’s a big one, as we’ll be without six teams. We also have a few injuries and a big-name suspension to deal with.
So, as you set your claims for Week 14, here are your targets for this week’s IDP waiver wire.
Linebacker
Isaiah McDuffie, Green Bay Packers
We might have Isaiah McDuffie back in our lives for the next few weeks, especially if Edgerrin Cooper continues to miss games.
McDuffie has had an 80% snap rate in the last two games, mainly due to Cooper being out. However, McDuffie has taken advantage of the playing. Although his coverage and pass-rush have been below average, his run defense and tackling have earned him positive grades and he hasn’t missed a tackle since Week 8.
Although McDuffie posted a 59.2 PFF grade in Week 13, he earned an 81.9 grade in run defense and an 83 tackling grade. This was a nice play on Tyreek Hill and limited him to just 2 yards:
Over the last two games, McDuffie is producing a 13.5% tackle rate, although one of those was a 4 tackle dud. He’s second on the team in tackles (69) and as long as he continues to have a full-time role, he’ll have IDP value especially with the six-team bye week looming in Week 14.
